Proposals are due on or before 12:00 pm (CST) on July 1, 2022. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on August 09, 2022. If the award recommendation is approved, the term of this

contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from August 10, 2022, through August 09, 2023 or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract.The total estimated value of this contract is greater than $50,000, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
