This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 12 December 2019 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018920Q0027 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.This action will be solicited on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items”, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”.  This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract for subscription period of one (1) Base Year which is twelve months and with the possibility of three (3) one-year options.  This solicitation will be issued using other
