Submissions may be submitted manually, manual submissions must be delivered to the Capital Projects Department in the GPISD Administration Building, 14705 Woodforest Blvd., Houston, TX 77015, in a sealed envelope by the close date and time stated in this bid event. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud following the close of the bid at the GPISD Administration building. A Proposal Security in the amount of five

percent (5%) of the proposal amount is required.
