NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The City of Denton intends to issue a contract to a single source, HACH Products for Water and Wastewater Treatment Products for a Five (5) year Contract, under the authority of 252.022, which provides procurement of commodities and services that are available from one source are exempt from competitive bidding. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, showing how they meet the required product characteristics attached. The City will consider responses received within 6 days of issuance of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
