This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by the City of Charlotte (City) to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR and/or Proposer) for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center HVAC Replacement Project (Project). The project involves replacing the HVAC system in the existing 14 story, nominally 440,000 square foot facility known as the Charlotte- Mecklenburg Government Center located at 600 E. 4th Street in Charlotte.
