This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide ATI Emergency Mass Notification System (Giant Voice) upgrade, replacing existing REACT 4000 with REACT 5000. The upgrade will ensure compatibility with the AETC Enterprise Trunking Land Mobile Radio system and install a new Giant Voice pole near building 2320 to cover critical dead spots on base at Sheppard AFB, Texas.
