City of Panama City - Professional Services for Panama City SRF Projects - General Engineer(s) [RFQ PC23-035] Posted: 04/14/2023 Edited: 04/14/2023 City of Panama City - Professional Services for Panama City SRF Projects - General Engineer(s) [RFQ PC23-035] Message PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NO: PC23-035PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PANAMA CITY SRF PROJECTS -GENERAL ENGINEER(S) -CONTINUING BASIS The City of Panama City, Florida (the “City”), through the City’s Purchasing Division (“Purchasing”) seeks Qualifications from experienced and qualified architects and/or engineers to provide Professional Services for the design and engineering for repair, replacement and remediation of Stormwater Systems, Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems, Wastewater and Wastewater Treatment, and Roadway and Pavement Systems. The scope is to seek professional services for State Revolving Fund (SRF) projects on a “continuing basis” which includes providing the City with the ability to solicit Qualifications for future projects directly from the consultant, (the “Project”), as is more fully described in Section 2, “RFQ Scope of Services.” This RFQ is issued pursuant to Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes, the “Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act” (“CCNA”) for continuing contracts. All references to Florida Statutes, City of Panama City and Panama City Codes, and other laws/regulations will be interpreted to include “as amended from time to time.
