Infrastructure Capacity and Development Charges Study Project Description :The Town of Bridgewater (Town) is seeking an Engineering consultant to conduct an analysis of the costs of new infrastructure as it relates to the capacity to support existing and new development. This work will be used to guide future infrastructure investments and creation of new and revised development charges for the Town of Bridgewater. The project is divided into three phases: determining capacity issues and potential improvements to accommodate growth; determining the costs of potential improvement and an outline of projects; and lastly revising and creating new development charge policy and bylaws.
