Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) Organization Conflict of InterestThe Government previously stated in our Industry Day Briefing slides dated11 Aug 22 and several Questions & Answers posted thereafter, that we would likely exclude any contractors awarded Modification work under Digital Transformation, Acquisition Modernization and Modification, DTAMM (formerly FEDSIM) from being eligible as a prime and/or subcontractor on SFRC, subject to Government legal approval. After consulting with our Legal Counsel, we hereby clarify our stance on this issue as follows:We will NOT exclude any Offeror from proposing on SFRC; however, we will require OCI mitigation plans from any Offerors that (i) have received Modernization work via DTAMM or plan to pursue that work in the future and (ii) from current or future launch service providers that utilize the Eastern or Western Ranges. Specific requirements and guidance concerning those mitigation plans will be provided at DRAFT RFP
