Publication Date/Time: 3/15/2024 8:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 4/19/2024 2:00 PM Bid Opening Information: 4/19/2024 at 2:00 PM Pre-bid Meeting: 3/22/2024 at 2:00 PM Contact Person: Jamie Hudson; (585) 786-8850 Qualifications: No bid will be considered unless the person, firm, or corporation submitting the bid meets the following conditions and, if required, shall certify its ability to meet them: A. That it can provide the necessary vehicle(s) and related equipment and complement of component Drivers, Drivers’ Assistants and Registered Nurses to carry out its part of the timely performance of required service on the opening day of the school or program, and the uninterrupted transportation of Children with Special Needs as called for in this IFB. B. That the person, firm, or corporations submitting the bid is not in bankruptcy or in the hands of a receiver.C. The Successful Bidder shall provide required vehicle maintenance and storage facilities to service the requirements of the Contract to be entered into in connection with this IFB, and provide road service and/or a substitute vehicle within thirty (30) minutes of any breakdown. D. The Successful Bidder consents to an audit of any and all fiscal records relating to the Contract to be awarded in connection with this IFB, by the New York State Department of Audit and Control and The County of Wyoming.
