RFP ERO DO #26-F-1-23/24-AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR CARROLL COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOLS

For ten years, Carroll County offered after-school programs in all middle schools through a 21 st Century Learning Center grant, but when that funding ended in 2009, the programs were discontinued. Over the past 5 years, the Commissioners have provided local support for after-school programs to offer a safe, positive environment for middle school children to support prevention efforts. These programs have been provided under contract with a vendor and programming presently serves 5 middle schools. This funding is an opportunity to recreate programs like those that existed until 2009, with an additional focus on substance use
