The work includes providing supporting equipment and new IT and electrical infrastructure. At the Port’s option, the winning proposer will also be required to enter into a separate service agreement that includes, without limitation, replacement of defective parts and maintenance and repair service of the equipment provided. Such agreement will be in a form agreed upon between the parties at the time the contract resulting from this RFP is awarded.
