Financial Information System Software

The Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide services for providing and implementing an enterprise Financial Information System Software (FISS).

Applications for documents should be filed promptly with the Purchasing Division. There is no charge to receive a copy of all documents, changes, and updates for this bid. Copies of bidding documents may be requested via the Hall County web site: http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx. Select the bid titled “Financial Information System Software,” click

on “Request a Bid Package,” complete the requested information and click “Submit.” This will send an automatic request to our office. Additional copies of bidding documents may also be obtained at the Purchasing Division Office, 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504. This is the only official release site for this Request for Qualifications/Proposal or any addenda that may be issued for the same.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Rd, Fourth Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504. Any vendor wishing to submit a proposal for consideration must attend this pre-proposal meeting.
