Through this RFP, the selected Proposer (“Consultant”) will provide comprehensive scheduling, monitoring, and management services for ABAG POWER’s natural gas aggregation program which purchases and delivers gas to cities, counties,

and special districts. The Consultant must work closely with ABAG POWER and maintain a good working relationship with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”), gas suppliers, pipeline operators, independent natural gas storage providers, and other parties that generate and/or provide information relevant to the natural gas program.
