Solicitation Description
The Department of Health, Hawaii Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (HBCCCP) is requesting prospective providers, such as community health centers, medical care facilities, and other interested agencies to provide and submit a request for proposal (RFP). This RFP will be issued to procure comprehensive breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services, patient navigation, and implementation of evidenced-based interventions for HBCCCP eligible population (underserved women, 40-64 years of age; priority populations include Native Hawaiian, Filipino and Pacific

Islanders).
