RCFS/FOS/ Supply and Delivery of Electrical Materials Project Description :The City of Ottawa, Facilities Operations Services (the “City), on behalf of itself and the identified co-operating participants (see Article 1.2 for list of participants), are requesting Offers from qualified electrical material vendors to supply and deliver electrical materials on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
