The organization will be responsible for engaging homeless individuals, providing emergency shelter, services, and case management for the ultimate purpose of enabling the clients to transition to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. The anticipated term of this agreement will be for one (1) year, with two (2) one-year renewal options or extensions and funded through Federal Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds.
