(BHTI), Fort Worth, Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”.  BHTI is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge of the H-1 aircraft and components to redesign the landing gear skid tube in a timely and cost effective manner.  This notice is for information purposes only.
