The city will mark the loca on for contractor. Ques on #2: Should we include demoli on and permi ng for the sidewalk and street pavement at Yampa Ave. for the water connec on. Answer #2: Contractors shall not include demo and permi ng for work
related to water POC within Yampa Ave, refer to Answer #1. Ques on #3: Detail 3/sheet L-200 references Model #INF24C1290R Infinity Curved Bench, the manufacturers website notes the model # as PINF24C1290R, confirm that model # is correct. Answer #3: Correct, please specify Model #PINF24C1290R Infinity Curved Bench, the manufacturer has updated its catalog since the me the plans were issued. Ques on #4: Would the City consider revising the concrete cylinder tes ng from a contractor supplied item to an Owners discre on item? Answer #4: The City will contract with the 3rd party tes ng company for concrete and compac on tests as needed. Ques on #5: For concrete mix, will CDOT Class B 4500psi be an acceptable mix? Answer #5: Yes Ques on #6: Will the asphalt parking lot require a seal coat a er restriping and patchwork completed? Answer #6: Yes, please include a seal coat in your bid price. Ques on #7: Is there a warranty period required for the project site work? Manufacturer warrantys (i.e. shelter / restroom / site furnishings) will also be included. Ques on #8: Is there a Geotech report available? Answer #8: Yes, the Geotech report was distributed by Ryan Dennison via email on 03/11/24 Ques on #9: For the crusher fines material, is the limestone fines from Moffat an acceptable subs tu on. Answer #9: No, the fines will need to be a crushed 3/8 minus gray granite. Ques on #10: For the sanitary connec on in the alley, will a Street Cut Permit and traffic control measures be required? Answer #10: Yes, both the street cut permit and minimal traffic control will be required. The City will patch the asphalt a er the line connec on is made. End of Responses.
