In support of Marine Corps Installations Command Food Service and Subsistence Section (MCICOM G-4), MCICOM intends to award Computrition Inc. modification P00005 under contract M95494-17-F-0011 which acquires additional SuitePoint! Point of Sale Terminal/Register Software Licenses and software support services for the Marine Corps Food Management Information System (MCFMIS). This requirement will be solicited sole source from Computrition Inc. which is the current provider of the SuitePoint! Point of Sale Terminal Register Software License, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm-fixed-price type Order issued off of GSA Schedule GS-35F-0037M. The Government is actively seeking information on potential sources of the requirements described below. All costs associated with responding to this notice are solely at the responding parties' expense. Respondents are solely responsible
for properly marking and clearly identifying any proprietary information or trade secrets contained within their response. The Government will not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary received in response to this notice will be safeguarded and handled in accordance with applicable Government regulations.BACKGROUNDMCICOM G-4 has a requirement for SuitePoint! Point of Sale Terminal/Register Software Licenses and software support services. Specifically, the MCICOM requires the following:- Enhancements to the MCFMIS Point of Sales solution to improve auditability and automation of the headcount process.- The contractor shall provide increased or new functionality may be required to support, but is not limited to, for the following additional or modified software modules:• An improved Bulk Process Enhancement;• An improved process to establish greater accountability and audibility of Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreement (ACSA) meal support;• Develop and implement a way to track and report on specific Activity performed by the cashiers.• An additional modified Meal Activity Report that contains vital headcount information without sensitive information such as EDIPI.• Modification of permissions to Transaction console to verify headcounts between SuitePoint! and MCFMIS but limit access to sensitive information such as EDIPI.• Modification to the POS Transaction Modification Console to allow specific users the ability to create and make corrections when improper information is selected at the register.• Modification to the POS register to specified administrators to approve or deny certain transactions conducted at the register.• A new back office auto update feature which would allow the MCFMIS datacenter to install the new back office application on a single server.• An enhanced process to improve and streamline sending headcounts and reviewing/ and printing Meal Activity Reports.• A new Register Status Console which would allow admin users to see register information from the back office such as:o Network Statuso Software Versiono Unsent Headcountso Current CashierRespondents are requested to review the above summary and provide the following information:I.
