Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to SMARTNET, on a single source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
