CITY OF FAIRFIELD, OHIO NOTICE TO BIDDERS LIME LAGOON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECTSealed proposals will be received by the Finance Department of the City of Fairfield, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio until 3:00 P.M. local time on Monday, November 7, 2022, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as LIME LAGOON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECTand at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.Detailed specifications and bid forms are on file in the Finance Office at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio. Cost of the specifications is thirty ($30) per set, non-refundable if obtained as a hardcopy, or no charge if obtained as an electronic version from the City’s public website at http://www.fairfield-city.org/Bids.aspxBids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other

conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked LIME LAGOON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder.Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents:• Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier’s Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified)• Non-Collusion Affidavit• Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property TaxesBids cannot be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. The City anticipates the contract will be awarded and the notice to proceed will be issued by end of January 2023.
