**UPDATE**ACQUISITION STRATEGYThe Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) will be procuring information technology services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Infrastructure Executive’s Technologies Refreshment and Implementation-Global Solutions Management (TRI-GSM) effort.  TRI-GSM will be solicited and competed via FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) procedures and set aside for small business, including all subsets, resulting in a single award small business set-aside IDIQ contract for TRI-GSM.   The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541512.  The Request for Proposal is projected to be issued  on or around August 14, 2020.AMEND 01 - updates page limitation to read "submissions cannot exceed 20
