Burke-Gilman Playground Park Improvements Ohno Construction invites your firm to submit a bid for the following project: Burke-Gilman Playground Park Improvements City of Seattle PW#2021-039 Project Description: Renovation of the east side of the Burke Gilman Playground Park, approximately 70,000 square feet of the park will be improved. Scope of work includes, but not limited to, earthwork, vertical concrete, asphalt and concrete pavement, wet and dry utilities including lighting, building renovations, playground installation, planting, and irrigation. Site will be regarded for ADA; comfort station will be renovated to provide 3 ADA restroom stalls with adult changing tables, along with new community room. The improvements consist of new playground equipment, planting, bioretention facilities, art, signage, pedestrian lighting, picnic shelter, and overlook.
