This only applies to vendors who do not currently have an awarded contract for Library Books & Publications with Waller ISD. It is the intent of Waller Independent School District (WISD) to establish an annual contract with multiple vendors for Library Resources (Books, E-Books, Audio Books, Magazines, Publications & Databases) on an as-needed basis, with the contract date beginning August 1, 2024. This contract also includes, but is not limited to software & site licenses related to these commodities. WISD is requesting proposals from vendors who offer discounts from

their catalog, website or retail prices. However, if no discount is offered, WISD still encourages all vendors to respond to the bid proposal. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums related to this bid opportunity. Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically as it assures accuracy for both the buyer and supplier.
