The wall to be removed and replaced is from the north side of the east Courthouse entrance (Chestnut), to 1st Street, all of 1st Street to Maple, then Maple south to the north side of the west entrance into the Courthouse approximately 355 lineal feet. Option A commences on the south side of the west (Maple) entrance then south to the alley approximately 65 lineal feet. The new concrete shall

be placed in forms and poured monolithically. Slip for placement will not be allowed. The finished appearance of the new wall shall be as similar in appearance as possible to the old wall including the “dome” top/upper portion.
