Renewal of maintenance on Open IBML Scanner

The Social Security Administration (SSA) issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of maintenance on Open IBML Software.  SSA is notissuing this solicitation as a competitive requisition.  To the best of the Government's knowledge, Open IBML Scanner Software is the onlyproduct available that meets their requirements.  Written responses to this solicitation shall contain sufficient documentation to establish abonafide capability to fulfill this requirement.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
