Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Huntington Beach is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide a variety of on-call real estate consulting services, primarily management of the City’s lease portfolio and other real estate services as needed, which may include assistance with real property acquisition and disposition and updates to the City’s real property inventory. The City currently manages approximately 75 leases, licenses, and franchise agreements for the use of City-owned beach, pier, park, and right-of-way property, including 23 cell facilities, 19 concessions, a museum, a nursery, and a variety of other private commercial uses. The City is seeking a firm familiar with municipal government practices, policies, procedures, and laws applicable to land use and real estate for the purpose of assisting the City best manage these assets for the benefit of Huntington Beach residents, businesses, and visitors.
