In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. Description: Per correspondence from Turf Tank dated October 1, 2022, Turf Tank is the exclusive sole distributor for the Intelligent One Field Marking Robot manufactured by Intelligent Marking. This product is the only ION Robot which incorporates the integration on an on-site ground base station, eliminating the reliance of a 3rd party network provider to operate.
