Natureland Park Parking Lots Replacement

The Base Bid hardscape repairs for Area A will include pulverize and pave 4” asphalt, Area E, install 4” stone base and new asphalt pavement, Area B, remove pavers and install reinforced concrete dumpster pad with new fence enclosure, Area C, remove and replace two (2) - 4” thick slabs and install detectable warnings adjacent to the Accessible Parking Area, Area D, remove asphalt and concrete underneath, install topsoil, seed, and erosion control blanket, Other Landscaping, regrade swale and install topsoil, seed, and erosion control blanket, boulders and Wood Piles along the perimeter of the lot are barrier protection, as well as aesthetic, remove if necessary to complete the job, but the Contractor is responsible for reinstalling to match the current layout and replacing any damaged materials, install (6) treated wood piles and 2” rope fencing, remove, dispose, and stump grind the two (2) trees identified on the Construction Drawings.
