The City intends to award this contract for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend up to three (3) additional years. This is a Unit Priced Contract in accordance with RCW 35.22, the City reserves the right to perform work using this Contract, or using City staff, or other contractors, or through any mechanism available to the City. This Contract is for the convenience of the City and does not carry any estimates as to how much could be spent.
