Interested parties must submit any written questions concerning this RFP to tduan@actransit.org by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
Submittal Info:PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: To be considered, one (1) original and Three (3) copies of the proposal must be received no later than 11:00 a.m.(PDT) on Friday, May 11, 2018 at AC Transit, 1600 Franklin Street, Purchasing Department, 6th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, Attn: Terra Duan, Contracts Specialist. Additional submittal requirements are outlined in the RFP #2018-1425 Call Center Services.

If mailed or delivered, proposal must be mailed/delivered in sufficient time to reach the address stated above by the specified date/time. Proposals received after the deadline or delivered to a different location will not be accepted. Faxed or electronic proposals will not be accepted.
