It is anticipated that the City will enter into an on-call contract with a single contractor for a period of up to five (5) years for this brick paver maintenance. Work required under this contract shall include furnishing materials, qualified labor, equipment, traffic control, etc. for the maintenance of brick paver sidewalks, cross walks, truck aprons, and permeable pavers. Work will further include, but not be limited to, cleaning and re-sanding brick pavers, cleaning concrete sidewalk, repairing damaged or dislodged bricks, securing the soldier course of brick, and adjustment of sand base. Work will be assigned to the awarded on-call

contractor in the form of task orders.
