This solicitation, W912LP-18-Q-7210, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99, effective 15 June 2018. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 336360 and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. Basis for award is low price that meets the minimum requirements. The Government intends to make a single award as a result of this solicitation; however, multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the Government's best interest. Seat cushions will provide flotation capability in accordance with FAA TSO-C72C.
