Scope of Work The work for this project encompasses five (5) parks, three (3) facilities & streetscape areas and a median on Granada Boulevard. The locations are Fortunato Park, Rockefeller Gardens, Birthplace of Speed Park, Granada Beach Approach, Granada Boulevard Rectangular Planter Strips, Andy Romano Beachfront Park, Performing Arts Center, Nova Community Park and South Ormond Neighborhood Center, refer to site map for locations. Landscape renovations will
occur for these 9 locations and is generally described as installing ornamental palms, trees, shrubs, ground covers, removing trees/plant materials as noted in the plans, site preparations, site restoration and minor irrigation work, see attached landscape plans for further details.
