SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENTS

The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services "DAS PS"), on behalf of the Enterprise Security Office ("ESO") and other Authorized Purchasers issues this statewide Master Service Agreement (MSA)for Risk Assessment Services. Request for Quotes and Best Value Analysis Process. From time to time, Authorized Purchasers may issue request for quotes for Risk Assessment Services. Authorized Purchasers shall use a Best Value Analysis ("BVA") Process to select one Consultant from among all of the Master Services Agreement holders. The request for quotes will specify the Risk Assessment Services needed, time periods for response, evaluation criteria, including costs, and any other issues applicable to the particular need. Authorized Purchaser will conduct a BVA, based upon the evaluation criteria set forth in the request for quotes, to determine the offer that best serve(s) the needs of the Authorized Purchaser in the particular circumstance(s).
