The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Delta, State of Colorado, is soliciting proposals for the purchase of up to seven (7) 4-wheel drive vehicles for the Delta County Sheriff’s Office, consisting of 2021 4-W/D SUV’S and/or 4-W/D pickup trucks, short bed, ½ ton with 4/door crew cab/super crew. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as County) for the purchase of up to seven (7), 2021, 4-W/D SUV’(S) and/or 4-W/D Pickup Truck(s), short bed, ½ ton with 4/door crew cab/super crew.
Bidders may obtain bid documents through this website (see link(s) below). All bids shall be marked "2021 Sheriff Office Vehicle Purchase" on the face of the envelope and hand-delivered or mailed to the Delta County Attorney’s Office, 540 Columbia Street, Suite A, Delta, Colorado 81416, no later than December 8, 2020, at 1:30 P.M. Bids received after this time SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids will be publicly opened on December 8, 2020, at 2:00 P.M., Delta County Courthouse, 501 Palmer St., Room 234, Delta, Colorado. Bids will be presented to the Delta County Board of County Commissioners for consideration at a regularly scheduled Commissioners Meeting. Prices are to reflect delivery to Delta, Colorado. Delivery will be to the Delta County Courthouse located at 501 Palmer Street, Delta, Colorado. Delta County shall accept responsibility for the vehicle at that time.
