Pavement Condition Assessment Services

The Clear Creek County Road & Bridge Department (R&B) is seeking proposals for PW 20-01, Pavement Condition Assessment services for approximately 76 centerline miles of paved roads maintained by R&B.

Scope of services to include:
• Proposal to identify and collect network level pavement distress data and provide condition assessment of paved surfaces.
• Proposal for data collection on paved roads to include providing streetscape views of roads.

Attachments include:
• Bid Tabulation

A GIS file of the R&B maintained road centerline for the roads to be evaluated will be available to the selected contractor. Proposals must include a unit price per centerline mile of road.

Contractor is to provide all necessary labor, equipment, material and consumables necessary to complete the project PW 20-01, Pavement Condition Assessment.

R&B desires high resolution, street level digital imagery of all paved roads to

be evaluated. All paved roads must be captured in one direction with a forward looking streetscape view. Imagery is to be captured at 10 to 15-foot intervals and provided in JPEG format. Each image must be geo-referenced. An ESRI GIS point feature class must be provided that maps the location that each JPEG Image was obtained. The data must be projected into the NAD83 (2011) StatePlane Colorado Central Zone FIPS 0502 Feet coordinate system and provided in geo-database format with images attached at each location. Imagery is also to be provided to R&B on an external hard drive.

Contractor is to provide condition assessment and imagery to R&B no later than October 31, 2020.

Price quotes must be submitted on the attached Bid Tabulation along with the proposal. Electronic submissions or proposals must be received by 10:00 AM, MST, March 24, 2020, at the Clear Creek County Public Works office, 3549 Stanley Road, CR 312, P.O. Box 362, Dumont, Colorado 80436.


The Clear Creek County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposals, and to select work from more than one vendor.
