Motor Maintenance Services, Blanket Purchase Agreement, Thames River Basin, Massachusetts and Rhode Island

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Motor Maintenance Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout the Thames River Basin in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to include the following locations: East Brimfield Lake in Fiskdale, MA, Westville Lake in Southbridge, MA, West Hill Dam in Uxbridge, MA, and Woonsocket Flood Control Project in Woonsocket, RI.THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to deliver motor maintenance services needed for each BPA call under the agreement.The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 36 months from the date of award.  The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost.In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.This is a request for offers at this time.  The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are within this solicitation notice.  Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.  The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
