Enterprise Services Acquisition (ESA), on behalf of the International Trade Administration (ITA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the F.T. Publications Inc. of New York, NY for the procurement of a base year and five option period subscription to their fDi Market Database. This acquisition will be made under the authority of 41 USC 3304(a) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2).Enterprise Services Acquisition (ESA) intends to procure the required services under a firm fixed price order.F.T. Publications Inc is the sole source provider for the required service that meets the Government's minimum requirements which makes them uniquely qualified.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511130.A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.No solicitation package will be issued.
