Firms must acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their solicitation response. The listed items add to, modify, or otherwise alter the specifications and become part of the solicitation documents. Where a portion of the original specifications are added to, modified, or also altered, the portion not so affected shall remain. Firms may have the right to protest this addendum. Inquiries/ District Responses Before the solicitation inquiry deadline, the District received inquiries regarding this solicitation. The District’s response to the questions follows in bold font. Question No. 1: Can you provide the last price paid for the liners listed in the bid?

Question No. 2: The can liners are mainly delivered to the distribution center, but there are 111 potential delivery locations through the district? District Response: Delivery Terms The pricing indicted on the bid shall be FOB Destination with all freight charges Prepaid and Allowed for shipment and/or delivery to any location within The School District of Greenville County. At this time, deliveries primarily will be to the SDGC Distribution Center, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. Details and addresses of District other locations may be referenced on the District website www.greenville.k12.sc.us . http://www.greenville.k12.sc.us/ 2 Question No. 3: Can we call FedEx at our expense and pick up a sample of each can liner? If yes, can you provide us with the address where FedEx should go, a contact name, phone number & email address, and times that FedEx can come? District Response: You can send a prepaid FedEx Label to the same address listed to submit Bid Response. Question No. 4: Can we request the last bid award pricing or the bid tabulation sheet? District Response: A copy of the previous tabulation for the 2018 solicitation is included in this addendum as an enclosure. Question No. 5: Please provide the tabulation of the previous Trash Can Liners Bid, so I could see each item's current vendor and price.
