The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is committed to utilizing asset management principles to manage its transportation infrastructure. This commitment may require Consultant services to facilitate the completion of several ongoing and planned initiatives in the areas of asset, risk, and performance management. VTrans seeks to retain qualified Consultants who have experience working on transportation planning and engineering projects. Consultants are expected to be capable of providing a suite of services encompassing asset management, risk management, and performance management. Consultant services are expected to be delivered on an on-call basis to complement and support VTrans’ efforts. Consultants are not required to have expertise in all areas, but all Consultants shall have expertise in at least one of the three major management disciplines noted above. Consultants are requested to provide a short list of Subconsultants with whom they have an agreement to work with under this retainer contract. Consultants shall provide documentation of the Subconsultant’s expertise and note whether they have prior experience working with the Subconsultant.
