Solicitation Reference #: 28380-WEGTitle: Print and Mail Managed ServicesAvailable Date: 5/5/2022Due Date: 6/13/2022 2:00:00 PMBid Synopsis: It is DET’s intention to contract with a Bidder to provide staff to operate production printers, mail equipment, warehouse inventory and clerical assistance for its Print and Distribution operation on both a routine and as-needed basis.

The State of Wisconsin shall require the Contractor to use its Bell & Howell Navigator system and IBM’s InfoPrint Manager.

The State of Wisconsin requires the Contractor to provide fully trained, production ready print and mail, and administrative Contracted Personnel. Due to the demands of a 24x7 production environment there shall be no time allowed for the training of Contracted Personnel in the use of the print and mail production equipment. Contracted Personnel will be expected to “hit the floor running.”Agency Contact:
