The government is seeking a fully serviced lease up to five (5) years (1-year firm term with 4 renewal year options), with termination rights for approximately 1,300 rentable square feet within the delineated area set forth below. The space should include one (1) private office, a meeting room and storage room, along with a small break area to include a sink and spot for a refrigerator.  There should be secured covering parking for one (1) vehicle on site 24/7 and level 2 electric charging nearby.
