Gamma Sterilization Services

This is a notice of sole source justification of intent to award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W519TC-23-A-2008, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(i) for Gamma Sterilization Services in support of the Bio-consumable program at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States.This acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to Steris Corporation (STERIS), the only known source that can meet the requirements for the gamma radiation sterilization services, in regards to the required qualified equipment and location close enough to PBA to meet the requirement to conduct testing within 24 hours of production.
