Security Modernization Planning Study

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) anticipates a future procurement to conduct a security study for the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRBITC). This study will consist of a current security posture report, a gap analysis of the security posture findings and the security requirements/security operational industry best practices, and a strategic plan of recommendations, including rough order of magnitude (ROM) of costs for the design and implementation of recommendations. A potential Statement of Objectives (SOO) will be issued, and interested contractors would use the SOO to develop a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will adequately address the GSA’s
