Areas for dune planting are delineated within the project drawings (Applied Technology & Management, Inc., Dated 10/19/18). In addition, removal of exotic vegetation is required within the existing dune areas within Reach 4 as delineated within the project drawings. Planting will focus on

currently un-vegetated areas of the dune. Pedestrian paths will remain un-vegetated in front of all condominium or public park stairs or other beach access points currently being utilized. East coast of Florida sea oats seed is required. All planting must be completed before March 1, 2019. The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Negometrix, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint.
