The County is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the delivery of new Green Development Standards that incorporate a comprehensive set of standards and guidelines, through all phases of development planning applications, through construction and ending a final acceptance. The standards will be informed by current best practices, existing building credentials programs, and input from stakeholder consultation. The successful consultant will be responsible to

manage the project including communications, workshops, webinars, and reports that will lead to creating the Green Development Standards. Climate staff at all three counties will work on this project as part of their normal duties. We anticipate this project will run from September 2023 to March 2026, with the consultant’s work being finished in March 2025.
