Estimated Project Timeline: Time is of the Essence. The site design and land surveying services outlined below should begin once a Notice To Proceed is issued and be substantially completed within forty-five (45) calendar days. Consultant Services Required: The City of Weldon Spring will be selecting firms to provide the following civil engineering services needed to design site improvements, refer to Exhibit A – Weldon Spring City Park and Exhibit B – “Siedentop” Pocket Park for
concept plans and list of itemized improvements and amenities desired by the City. Site Design – Provide engineering services for: grading/excavating, stormwater/drainage, geotechnical, ADA, sidewalks, shared use paths, parking lots/curb cuts, structure pads, and utility extensions/connections design details, plans, and construction bid documents. Surveying and Utility – Provide surveying and utility coordination for site improvements. Construction Material Testing and Inspection – Provide material sampling, testing, and SWPPP compliance.
