The County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency (SSA), in collaboration with the Santa Clara County Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC), is soliciting proposals from qualified community-based organizations with non-profit, tax-exempt status pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code and/or Section 23701(d) of the California Revenue Taxation Code or public institutions of higher education with expertise in fields related to child welfare to provide Child Abuse Prevention Services.
  This RFP may result in a single or multiple awards to one or more Vendor(s), which shall be subject to the County’s sole discretion.
